A big smiley welcome to yoga wellbeing, based in  the beautiful rural county of Worcestershire.

I teach friendly and supportive yoga classes in Droitwich Spa and the surrounding villages.

As a busy working mum of 3 teenagers, I know just how stressful life can get and how easy it can be to put your own wellbeing to the bottom of the to do list. My classes offer a chance for you to prioritise yourself and take time to recharge your batteries.

So if you are suffering from aches and pains and want ease them, or if you want to quieten that busy brain, then come join me.

Classes are held in and around Droitwich Spa, Worcestershire in lovely airy halls, with free onsite parking.
