Yoga Mats
You will need to bring a yoga mat to each class. I am happy to advise on what to get, but ideally you will be looking for at least a 4mm non-slip yoga mat. I carry stock of Yoga Clicks Eco Classic mats. These cost £15 each and are available in a choice of slate grey, navy blue or purple. Mats are shown in the picture with a block (block available to purchase seperately).
Yoga Blocks
Yoga blocks help make many postures more comfortable and accessible. By not overstrecthing you can relax into a posture and often improve the benefits.. The pictures show a few examples of how they can assist those with wrist issues, those who strugge to sit comfortably to meditate and during relaxation. I have eco blocks in stock from Ekotex Yoga costing £6.50 each. Colour choices are subject to availability.
